Bahson Colour has an unfair advantage over its competitors in the form of three Heidelberg Speedmaster Presses. These Presses are state of the art and are unrivalled in both quality and of print and production throughput.

Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 12 Colour B1 Press - a perfecting model that can produce up to 6 colours on both sides of the sheet in one pass. Perfecting up to 12,000 sheets an hour means a speedier output.

Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 10 Colour B1 Press – a perfecting model that can produce upto 5 colours on both sides of the sheet in one pass. Again perfecting up to 12,000 sheets an hour.

Heidelberg Speedmaseter 102 6 Colour B1 Press – perfecting model to 2 back 4 production and the ability to perforate and apply remoist gum inline.

Both the 12 colour and the 10 colour presses are fitted with CutStar units allowing these presses to print directly from reels.

The materials cost savings by printing this way can be significant.

All presses are linked to our dedicated image control system. This system spectrophotometrically analyses the whole printed page ad is thousand times more accurate than a standard densitometer. This ensures accurate colour balancing and match up throughout the complete run length. The system also feeds back information about the printed sheet allowing contstant monitoring of the printing standard.
